比索洛尔联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗老年不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效

目的 探讨给予老年不稳定型心绞痛患者比索洛尔联合瑞舒伐他汀的治疗效果.方法 选取在本院就诊的老年不稳定型心绞痛患者90例,将其随机分为两组,各45例.对照组口服瑞舒伐他汀,观察组口服比索洛尔联合瑞舒伐他汀,对比分析两组心绞痛改善情况、血清炎症因子水平及内皮功能变化.结果 对照组心绞痛改善总有效率为73.3％,明显低于观察组的91.1％,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);治疗前两组IL-6、hs-CRP水平比较差异均无统计学意义(均P＞0.05),治疗后两组IL-6、hs-CRP水平均比治疗前下降,但观察组下降明显,差异均有统计学意义(均P＜ 0.05);治疗前两组ET-1、NO水平比较差异均无统计学意义(均P＞ 0.05),治疗后两组ET-1、NO水平均比治疗前改善,但观察组改善明显,差异均有统计学意义(均P＜ 0.05);两组不良反应比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 给予老年不稳定型心绞痛患者比索洛尔联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗效果显著,可明显改善心绞痛情况及血管内皮细胞功能,减轻炎症反应.

Study on clinical effect of bisoprolol combined with rosuvastatin in the treatment of elderly patients with unstable angina pectoris

Objective To explore the clinical effect of bisoprolol combined with rosuvastatin in the treatment of elderly patients with unstable angina pectoris.Methods 90 elderly patients with unstable angina pectoris in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with rosuvastatin,and the observation group was treated with bisoprolol combined with rosuvastatin.Compared angina pectoris,the levels of serum inflammatory factors,and endothelial function of two groups.Results The total efficiency of the control group was 73.3％,significantly lower than 91.1％ of the observation group,with statistically significant difference (P＜0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the levels of IL-6 and hs-CRP between the two groups before treatment (P＞0.05);the levels of IL-6 and hs-CRP in the two groups decreased after treatment,those in the observation group decreased more significantly (P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P＞0.05).Conclusion For elderly patients with unstable angina pectoris,bisoprolol combined with rosuvastatin has significant treatment effect,can significantly improve the function of vascular endothelial cells and angina,reduce inflammatory response.
