丹参注射液联合硝苯地平缓释片对妊娠期高血压的疗效观察

目的 探讨丹参注射液联合硝苯地平缓释片对妊娠期高血压的疗效.方法 选自2014年3月至2016年3月期间于本院接受诊治的妊娠期高血压患者200例,随机分为观察组100例与对照组100例.对照组给予硝苯地平缓释片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上结合丹参注射液治疗,两组疗程均为2周.比较两组治疗效果,治疗前后血压、血管内皮功能、凝血酶指标变化,不良反应和妊娠结局情况.结果 观察组总有效率高于对照组(P＜ 0.05);观察组治疗后收缩压和舒张压低于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组治疗后ET-1水平氐于对照组,NO水平高于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组治疗后凝血酶指标纤维蛋白原、PT、APTT水平低于对照组(P＜ 0.05);两组心电图、血常规、尿常规、肝肾功能均未见异常,且未见明显药物不良反应;观察组剖宫产和胎心异常发生率均低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 丹参注射液联合硝苯地平缓释片对妊娠期高血压患者疗效显著,其作用可能与降低血压、改善血管内皮功能和凝血酶相关,且可降低不良妊娠结局的发生.

Effect observation of Danshen injection combined with extended release nifedipine tablets on gestational hypertension

Objective To investigate the effect of Danshen injection combined with extended release nifedipine tablets on gestational hypertension.Methods 200 patients with gestational hypertension in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2016 were selected,and randomly divided into observation group (100 cases) and control group (100 cases).Control group received extended release nifedipine tablets treatment,and observation group received Danshen injection treatment on the basis of control group.The treatment lasted for two weeks.The treatment effect,blood pressure,vascular endothelial function,thrombin indexes before and after treatment,adverse reactions,and pregnancy outcome were compared between two groups.Results The total efficiency of observation group was higher than that of control group (P＜0.05);systolic and diastolic blood pressure of observation group after treatment were lower than those of control group (P＜0.05);the level of ET-1 of observation group after treatment was lower than that of control group,the level of NO was higher than that of control group (P＜0.05);the levels of thrombin indexes (fibrinogen,PT,APTT) of observation group after treatment were lower than those of control group (P＜0.05);electrocardiogram,blood,urine,liver and kidney functions were normal in two groups,without significant adverse drug reactions;the rates of cesarean section and abnormal fetal heart of observation group were lower than those of control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion Danshen injection combined with extended release nifedipine tablets has significant effect on gestational hypertensive patients,which may be related to decreasing blood pressure,improving vascular endothelial function and thrombin indexes,can reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes.
