血清炎症因子与不稳定性心绞痛患者的相关性分析

目的 探究不稳定性心绞痛患者血清中IL-10、TNF-α、CRP的变化及进行相关性分析.方法 选取2013年5月至2016年3月本院收治的不稳定性心绞痛(UAP)患者50例,稳定性心绞痛(SAP)患者40例,同期进行体检的正常人40例作为健康对照组,测定各组血清IL-10、TNF-α、CRP的水平,并观察UAP患者在3个月的时间内不良心脏事件的发生情况.结果 UAP患者的血清TNF-α、CRP明显的高于健康对照组和SAP组患者,IL-10高于健康对照组和SAP组患者,3组组间比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).在3个月中,UAP患者中发生心脏事件患者的血清TNF-α、CRP高于未发生心脏事件患者(P＜0.05),发生心脏事件患者的IL-10低于未发生心脏事件患者(P＜0.05).结论 血清炎症因子IL-10、TNF-α、CRP的水平与冠状动脉粥样硬化中斑块的形成紧密相关,可以有效的反应不稳定性心绞痛患者的病情,对其临床诊断及预后有着重要的临床意义.

Correlation analysis of serum inflammatory factors and patients with unstable angina pectoris

Objective To investigate the changes of IL-10,TNF-t,CRP in patients with unstable angina pectoris.Methods 50 eases of unstable angina pectoris (UAP),40 cases of stable angina pectoris (SAP),40 healthy people in our hospital from May 2013 to March 2016 were selected.Detected the levels of IL-10,TNF-αt,CRP of three groups,observed adverse cardiac events of UAP patients within 3 months.Results The levels of TNF-,CRP of UAP patients were obviously higher than those of SAP patients and healthy people,the level of IL-10 of UAP patients was obviously lower than those of SAP patients and healthy people,with statistically significant differences among the three groups (P＜0.05).In UAP group,the levels of TNF-α,CRP of patients with adverse cardiac events were higher than those of patients without adverse cardiac events,the level of IL-10 of patients with adverse cardiac events was lower than that of patients without adverse cardiac events (P＜0.05).Conclusion The levels of IL-10,TNF-α,CRP are closely related to the formation of the plaques in coronary athemsclerosis,which can reflect pathogenetic condition of UAP patients effectively,and has significant effect on diagnosis and prognosis.
