| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨PDCA循环法在普外科手术护理安全管理中的应用效果.方法 自2015年3月起对手术室护理人员的工作实施PDCA循环管理法进行管理.比较PDCA循环法实施前后,普外科手术室综合评分情况、手术室人员满意度及不良事件发生情况的差异.结果 实施PDCA循环法后,手术室综合评分(95.88±2.06)比(85.48±2.53)]和手术室人员满意度均有显著提高(均P＜0.05),同时,不良事件发生的例数(6比15)及上报例数(0比5)明显减少(P＜0.05).结论 基于PDCA循环法的手术室管理,可显著提高手术室的护理质量、患者满意度,减少不良事件的发生,值得推广应用.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA circulation method in the safety management of department of general surgery operation.Methods PDCA circulation method was applied in the surgery operation since March,2015.The comprehensive score,staff satisfaction,and adverse events of operation room were compared before and after using PDCA circulation method.Results After using PDCA circulation method,the comprehensive score and staff satisfaction of operation room increased significantly (P＜0.05),and the situation of reported adverse events also improved significantly (P＜0.05).Conclusion With PDCA circulation method in the management of operation room,the comprehensive score and staff satisfaction of operation room will be improved well. |
