循证护理在乳腺癌患者护理中的应用效果探讨

目的 探讨循证护理在乳腺癌患者护理中的应用效果.方法 收集2013年1月至2016年1月于本院进行诊治的128例乳腺癌患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,其中对照组给予乳腺癌患者常规护理,而观察组则在对照组基础上给予循证护理.护理前后,分别采用SAS自评量表、SDS自评量表及生活质量自评量表对患者进行评分,并比较分析以上得分情况.结果 观察组护理后SAS及SDS得分分别为(37.10±5.15)、(41.95±7.89),均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).护理后,观察组生活质量各项目得分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 循证护理可显著改善乳腺癌患者的焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪,且可显著改善乳腺癌患者的生活质量,临床效果较好,可进一步在临床护理中推广应用.

Application effect of evidence-based nursing care in patients with breast cancer

Objective To investigate the application effect of evidence-based nursing care in patients with breast cancer.Methods 128 cases of breast cancer treated in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2016 were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Control group received routine care of breast cancer,and observation group received evidence-based nursing care based on routine care of breast cancer.Assessed the patients with SAS self-rating scale,SDS self-rating scale,and life quality self-rating scale before and after nursing.Results SAS score and SDS score of observation group after nursing were (37.10±5.15) and (41.95±7.89),which were significantly lower than those of control group (P＜0.05).The scores of each item of life quality of observation group after nursing were significantly higher than those of control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing care can significantly improve negative emotions of anxiety and depression in patients with breast cancer,and can significantly improve the quality of life of patients with breast cancer,with good clinical results,which can be further popularized in clinical care.
