改良外伤大骨瓣开颅术在重型脑外伤中的应用

目的 探究改良外伤大骨瓣开颅术在重型脑外伤中的应用效果.方法 随机选取本院神经外科在2014年1月至2016年1月期间接诊的70例重型脑外伤患者为研究对象,通过随机分组的方式分成对照组(n=35)和观察组(n=35),对照组施标准大骨瓣开颅术疗法,观察组施改良外伤大骨瓣开颅术疗法,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果.结果 观察组患者的治疗良好率明显高于对照组(68.57％比42.86％),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 重型脑外伤患者应用改良外伤大骨瓣开颅术治疗的临床效果显著,具有积极的临床应用价值.

The application of improved trauma big bone flap craniotomy in severe brain injury

Objective To explore the application effect of improved trauma big bone flap craniotomy in severe brain injury.Methods 70 patients with severe traumatic brain injury admitted in department of neurosurgery of our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were randomly selected as the object of study,and randomly divided into control group (n=35) and observation group (n=35).The control group was treated with standard big bone flap craniotomy,while the observation group was treated with improved trauma big bone flap craniotomy.The therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared.Result The good rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group (68.57％ vs.42.86％),with statistically significant difference between the two groups (P＜0.05).Conclusion Improved trauma big bone flap craniotomy has significant clinical effect in the treatment of severe brain injury,with positive clinical application value.
