发展性照顾在NICU早产儿护理中的效果分析

目的 探究发展性照顾在新生儿重症监护(NICU)早产儿护理中的临床应用价值.方法 从2015年1月至12月本院NICU收治的早产儿中随机选择90例作为本次研究的观察对象,按照入院时间对其进行分组,将1～6月期间的45例患儿作为参照组,给予其常规护理;另将7～12月期间的45例患儿作为实验组,给予其发展性照顾.观察两组患儿生长指标、住院时间以及不良反应发生情况等.结果 参照组平均进奶量、睡眠时间、体质量增长速度、住院时间以及不良反应发生率分别为(329.22±10.69) ml、(16.81±3.55)h、(12.64±2.61)g/d、(19.47±2.05)d、33.33％,实验组分别为(441.06±9.86) ml、(21.09±2.70)h、(18.17±2.88)g/d、(13.74±2.17)d、13.33％,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 在NICU早产儿的护理干预中实施发展性照顾不仅可有效增加其进奶量、体质量,还能延长其睡眠时间,缩短住院时间,护理效果较为理想,应大力推广.

Developmental care in nursing care for premature infants at NICU

Objective To explore the value of developmental care in nursing care for premature infants at NICU.Methods 90 premature infants treated at the NICU of our hospital from January to December,2015 were selected as study objects.The 45 admitted into our hospital from January to June were set as a control group and the other 45 from July to December an experimental group.The control group were routinely cared and the experimental group received developmental care.The growth indexes,hospital stay,and incidence of adverse reactions,etc.were observed in both groups.Results The milk-intake volume,sleep time,speed of body weight growth,hospital stay,and incidence of adverse reactions were (329.22±10.69)ml,(16.81±3.55)h,(12.64±2.61) g/d,(19.47±2.05)d,and 33.33％ in the control group and were (441.06±9.86)ml,(21.09±2.70)h,(18.17±2.88) g/d,(13.74±2.17) d,and 13.33％ in the experimental group,respectively,with statistical differences (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Applying developmental care in NICU nursing intervention for premature infants not only can effectively increase the milk-intake volume and body weight,but also can prolong the sleep time and shorten hospital stay,and the nursing effect is more ideal,so it should be generalized.
