预见性护理对导尿管置管者尿路感染的预防效果

目的 探究预见性护理预防导尿管置管者尿路感染的效果.方法 随机数字表法将2013年3月至2015年2月本院泌尿外科收治60例行导尿管置管者均分为实验组及常规组,2组患者均实施常规护理干预,实验组另实施预见性护理干预,对2组护理干预后尿路感染发生率情况进行观察比较.结果 护理干预后1、2、3周实验组尿路感染几率3.33％、10.00％、20.00％,均较常规组显著低,差异均有统计学意义(P＜ 0.05).结论 预见性护理干预可显著降低导尿管置管患者尿路感染几率,推荐广泛应用.

Effect of predictive nursing in preventing urinary tract infection in patients indwelling urinary catheter

Objective To explore the effect of predictive nursing in preventing urinary tract infection in patients indwelling urinary catheter.Methods Sixty patients undergoing indwelling urinary catheter in department of urology of our hospital between March 2013 and February 2015 were equally divided into experimental group and routine group by the random number table method.Both groups were given routine nursing intervention,and experimental group was additionally given predictive nursing intervention.The incidence of urinary tract infection after nursing intervention of two groups were compared.Results 1 week,2 weeks,and 3 weeks after nursing intervention,the incidences of urinary tract infection in the experimental group (3.33％,10.00％,and 20.00％) were significantly lower than those in the routine group (P＜0.05).Conclusion Predictive nursing intervention can significantly reduce the probability of urinary tract infection in patients indwelling urinary catheter.
