内镜手术单鼻孔经蝶治疗垂体腺瘤的疗效分析

目的 探讨与比较单鼻孔经蝶内镜手术与显微镜手术对垂体腺瘤的临床疗效.方法 收集2013年1月至2016年1月入院的80例垂体腺瘤患者,随机分为两组,内镜组患者给予内镜手术,显微组患者则给予显微镜手术,比较两组患者手术切除率、总体治疗效果、相关临床参数与并发症.结果 内镜组患者有效切除率明显高于显微组;总有效率明显高于显微组,差异均有统计学意义(均P＜ 0.05);术中出血量、手术时间与住院时间均显著低于显微组,差异均有统计学意义(均P＜ 0.01).结论 单鼻孔经蝶内镜手术对垂体腺瘤的临床疗效显著,具有借鉴意义.

Single nostril transsphenoidal surgery on pituitary adenoma

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacies of single nostril transsphenoidal endoscopic surgery versusmicroscopic surgery for pituitary adenoma.Methods Eighty patients with pituitary adenoma treated at our hospital from January,2013 to January,2016 were collected and randomly divided into two an endoscopic group and a microscopic group.The endoscopic group were treated with endoscopic surgery and the microscopic group microsurgery.The resection rate,overall treatment effect,the relevant clinical parameters,and complications were compared between these two groups.Results The effective resection rate and the total effective rate were significantly higher in the endoscopic group than in the microscopic group (all P ＜ 0.05).The bleeding volume was lower and the operation time and hospitalization time were shorter in the endoscopic group than in the microscopic group (all P ＜ 0.01).Conclusions Single nostril transsphenoidal endoscopic surgery for pituitary adenoma is significantly effective,so it is of clinical reference.
