直流感应电刺激软腭治疗饮水呛咳的疗效观察

摘    要:目的 观察直流感应电刺激软腭治疗饮水呛咳的临床疗效.方法 选择32例患有急性脑梗死并有饮水呛咳的病人,随机分成治疗组16例和对照组16例.治疗组在常规治疗基础上,采用直流感应电刺激软腭部位;仅给予对照组常规康复治疗,每天1次,共治疗14次,分别在治疗前和治疗后采用洼田饮水试验和软腭功能评估.结果 经治疗后,治疗组16例患者中有14例饮水未出现呛咳,1例效果不明显;对照组中16例患者中有7例患者饮水无呛咳,4例效果不明显,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗组洼田饮水试验评分及软腭功能评估比对照组好,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 脑梗死后饮水呛咳患者接受直流感应电刺激软腭治疗,可明显减少患者的饮水呛咳.

Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical effect of direct-current induced electricity stimulating the soft palate in the treatment of drinking bucking.Methods 32 cases of acute cerebral infarction and drinking bucking were randomly divided into treatment group (16 cases) and control group (16 cases).Control group received routine rehabilitation treatment,on the basis treatment group received direct-current induced electricity stimulating the soft palate,once a day,for 14 times in total.Assessed the patients of the two groups with water swallow test and soft palate function before and after the treatment.Results Among the 16 patients in the treatment group,14 cases could drink water without bucking after treatment,but the effect was not obvious in 1 case;among the 16 patients in the control group,7 patients could drink water without bucking after treatment,but the effect was not obvious in 4 cases;there was statistically significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).The score of water swallow test and the evaluation of soft palate function in the treatment group were both better than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences between the two groups (P<0.01).Conclusion Direct-current induced electricity stimulating the soft palate could significantly reduce drinking bucking of the patients with acute cerebral infarction.
