130例麻醉复苏室患者的护理分析

目的 探讨麻醉复苏室(Post Anesthesia Care Unit,PACU)患者的护理方法,对患者的并发症发生情况进行分析.方法 分析2014年3月至2015年12月本院收治的230例外科手术患者的临床资料,其中观察组130例采用PACU护理,对照组100例未行PACU护理.对比两组苏醒时间和并发症发生率,分析麻醉复苏室患者并发症发生原因和相应护理要点.结果 观察组并发症发生率为10.00％,对照组为31.00％,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组复苏时间为(54.33±10.57) min,对照组为(67.28±11.09)min,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 患者麻醉复苏期容易发生低血压、低氧血症、躁动、高血压、喉头水肿等并发症,麻醉复苏室护理能提供高质量、安全有效的持续监控治疗,可有效降低并发症的发生,提高患者复苏质量.

Nursing experience for 130 patients in post anesthesia care unit

Objective To explore the nursing methods for patients in post anesthesia care unit (PACU),and to analyze the complications of patients.Methods Clinical data of 230 surgery patients in our hospital from March 2014 to December 2015 was retrospectively analyzed,in whom 130 cases in observation group received PACU nursing,while 100 cases in control group did not receive PACU nursing.Compared the recovery time and the incidence of complications in two groups.Analyzed the causes of the complications and the corresponding nursing points of the patients in PACU.Results The incidence of complications in observation group was 10.00％,and 31.00％ in control group,with statistically significant difference between two groups (P＜0.05).The recovery time in observation group was (54.33±10.57)min,and (67.28+11.09)min in control group,with statistically significant difference between two groups (P＜0.05).Conclusions Hypotension,hypoxemia,restlessness,hypertension,laryngeal edema,and other complications are prone to the patients in anesthesia recovery period,and PACU nursing can provide high quality,safe,and effective continuous treatment monitoring,effectively reduce the complications,and improve the quality of recovery of patients.
