血清尿酸水平与原发性高血压患者颈动脉狭窄严重程度关系的研究

目的 研究血清尿酸(uric acid,UA)水平与原发性高血压(essential hypertension,EH)患者颈动脉狭窄严重程度之间的关系.方法 随机选择EH患者1 12例,行血液生化检测及双侧颈动脉彩超检查;依据血压不同进行分级,即1级组、2级组、3级组,依据颈动脉彩超结果分为4组,即内膜正常组、内膜增厚组、斑块形成组、管腔狭窄组,进行比较.结果 各级EH患者血清UA值分别为(315.89±60.77)、(354.36±66.00)、(438.84±78.52)μmol/L,不同血压级别组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);不同超声结果4组间血清UA值分别为(297.71±54.28)、(353.61±70.07)、(400.43±82.22)、(469.32±85.11)μmol/L,不同内膜组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 血清UA水平增高是EH发病的危险因素之一,血清UA水平是EH颈动脉狭窄严重程度的独立预测因子,EH颈动脉狭窄严重程度与血清UA水平呈正相关.

Relationship between serum uric acid level and the severity of carotid stenosis in patients with essential hypertension

Objective To study the relationship between serum uric acid (UA) level and the severity of carotid stenosis in patients with essential hypertension(EH).Methods 112 patients with EH were selected,underwent blood biochemical detection and bilateral carotid arteries color Doppler ultrasonography.The patients with EH were divided into grade 1 group,grade 2 group,and grade 3 group according to the blood pressure value,and divided into 4 groups according to the ultrasound results,namely,normal group,intima thickening group,plaque formation group,and stenosis group.Compared the serum uric acid level among each group.Results Serum uric acid level of grade 1 group,grade 2 group,and grade 3 group were (315.89±60.77),(354.36±66.00),(438.84+78.52)μrnol/L,with statistically significant difference among three groups (P＜0.05).Serum uric acid level of normal group,intima thickening group,plaque formation group,and stenosis group were (297.71+54.28),(353.61±70.07),(400.43±82.22),(469.32±85.11)μamol/L,with statistically significant difference among four groups (P＜0.05).Conclusions The increased level of serum UA is one of the risk factors causing hypertension.Serum UA level is an independent predictor of the severity of carotid artery stenosis in EH,which is positively correlated with the level of serum UA.
