稽留流产患者药物流产观察要点与护理体会

目的 探讨口服米非司酮与米索前列醇片联合用药对不同孕周稽留流产患者促排胎疗效、观察要点及护理体会.方法 对234例稽留流产患者的临床资料进行回顾分析,按停经孕周分为≤10周、10～ 12周、＞12周3组.结果 孕周为≤10周患者流产有效率为100.00％,平均排胎时间为(2.85±2.34)h;孕10～ 12周患者有效率为91.67％,平均排胎时间为(3.78±2.38)h;孕＞12周患者有效率75.00％,平均排胎时间为(4.95±3.18)h,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 一旦确诊为稽留流产,应尽早进行处理,选用口服米非司酮与米索前列醇片联合用药,护理人员要在患者服药过程中细心观察,警惕因组织物嵌顿、凝血功能障碍引起大出血的发生,提高护理质量.

Observation key points and nursing experience of patients with missed abortion during the course of medical abortion

Objective To explore the curative effect of combined treatment of mifepristone and misoprostol tablets in patients with different gestational weeks,observe the key points and the nursing experience of missed abortion.Methods Reviewed and analyzed the clinical data of 234 cases of missed abortion,who were divided into three groups (≤ 10,10-12,and ＞12 gestational weeks).Results The effective rate of complete abortion of ≤ 10 gestational weeks group was 100％,and the average time of fetal discharge was (2.85±2.34) h;those of 10-12 gestational weeks group were 91.67％ and (3.78±2.38)h;those of ＞12 gestational weeks were 75％ and (4.95±3.18)h;with statistically significant differences (P＜O.05).Conclusions When missed abortion is diagnosed,it should be dealt with as soon as possible.The patients can take oral mifepristone and misoprostol tablets.Nursing staff should carefully observe the patients,to avoid hemorrhoea occurred from tissue incarceration and coagulation disorders,and improve the quality of nursing.
