预见性护理在妇科宫腹腔镜手术围手术期护理中应用价值评价

目的 探究预见性护理在妇科宫腹腔镜手术围手术期护理的应用效果.方法 选取本院收治的行妇科宫腹腔镜手术的患者186例为研究对象,采用随机表法将患者分为对照组与研究组,各93例.对照组患者围手术期采取常规护理干预;研究组患者围手术期采用预见性护理,对比分析两组患者临床护理效果.结果 两组患者的手术时间、麻醉时间及术中出血量比较差异无统计学意义(均P＞ 0.05);研究组患者术后肛门排气时间、下地活动时间及住院时间均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(均P＜0.05);研究组患者围手术期并发症发生率为3.23％;对照组患者围手术期并发症发生率为10.75％,两组患者术后并发症发生率比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);研究组护理满意度为95.69％,对照组护理满意度为69.89％,两组相比差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 对行妇科宫腹腔镜手术患者围手术期采用预见性护理干预,能够有效控制术后并发症,提高患者术后恢复效果,缩短住院时间,改善医患关系,值得临床推广应用.

Predictive nursing care in perioperative nursing care of gynecological hysteroscopic and laparoscopic surgery

Objective To explore the application effect of predictive nursing care in perioperative nursing care of gynecological hysteroscopic and laparoscopic surgery.Methods 186 patients treated by gynecological hysteroscopic and laparoscopic surgery at our hospital were selected as study objects and were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,93 cases for each group.The control group were given routine nursing intervention during perioperative period and the study group predictive nursing care.The clinical nursing effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results There were no statistical difference in operation time,anesthesia time,and bleeding volume between these two groups (P ＞ 0.05).The anal exhaust time,time for off-bed activity,and hospital saty was evidently shorter in the study group than in the control group,with statistical differences (P ＜ 0.05).The incidence of perioperative complications was 3.23％ in the study group and 10.75％ in the control group,with a statistical difference (P ＜ 0.05).The nursing satisfaction degree was 95.69％ in the study group and was 69.89％ in the control group,with a statistical difference (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Applying perioperative nursing intervention in patients undertaking gynecological hysteroscopic and laparoscopic surgery can effectively control the postoperative complications,improve the postoperative recovery effect,shorten the hospital stay and improve the relationship between doctors and patients,so it is worth being clinically generalized.
