氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压、冠心病合并颈动脉粥样硬化临床研究

目的 研究高血压、冠心病合并颈动脉粥样硬化采用氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗的临床效果.方法 选取本院2012年12月至2016年7月收治的69例高血压、冠心病合并颈动脉粥样硬化患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(n=35)和对照组(n=34),两组分别给予氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片、氨氯地平治疗,比较两组治疗前和治疗6周后DBP、SBP、HDL-C、LDL-C、TG、TC、NO、hs-CRP水平及治疗期间不良事件发生情况.结果 与对照组相比,观察组治疗6周后DBP和SBP改善幅度较大,差异均具有统计学意义(均P＜ 0.05);与对照组相比,观察组治疗后6周HDL-C、NO较高,LDL-C、TG、TC、hs-CRP较低,差异均具有统计学意义(均P＜0.05);观察组不良事件发生率为2.86％,低于对照组的23.53％,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 高血压、冠心病合并颈动脉粥样硬化采用氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,可改善患者血压水平、炎症状态及血脂代谢情况,减少不良事件发生,值得推广.

Amlodipine besylate and atorvastatin calcium tablets for hypertension and coronary heart disease complicated with carotid atherosclerosis

Objective To study the clinical effect of amlodipine besylate and atorvastatin calcium tablets for hypertension and coronary heart disease complicated with carotid atherosclerosis.Methods 69 cases of hypertension,coronary heart disease,and carotid atherosclerosis treated at our hospital from December,2012 to July,2016 were selected and divided into an observation group (n=35) and a control group (n=34) by random number table method.The observation group were treated with amlodipine besylate and atorvastatin calcium tablets and the control group amlodipine.The DBP,SBP,HDL-C,LDL-C,TG,TC,NO,hs-CRP,and incidence of adverse events were compared between these two groups before and 6 weeks after treatment.Results 6 weeks after treatment,the DBP and SBP were improved more,the levels of NO and HDL-C were higher,and the levels of LDL-C,TG,hs-CRP,and TC were lower in the observation group than in the control group,with statistical differences (P ＜ 0.05).The incidence of adverse events was 2.86％ in the observation group and was 23.53％ the control group,with a statistical difference (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Amlodipine besylate and atorvastatin calcium tablets for hypertension and coronary heart disease complicated with carotid atherosclerosis can improve the patients' blood pressure,inflammation status,and lipid metabolism conditions and reduce the incidence of adverse events,so it is worth being generalized.
