比卡鲁胺致肝损害一例并文献复习

目的 提高对比卡鲁胺肝脏毒性的认识.方法 报告1例因应用比卡鲁胺引起肝脏损害的病例,并进行文献复习.结果 患者应用比卡鲁胺2周后出现肝脏损害,停药并经治疗后好转.结论 虽然比卡鲁胺引起肝损害的发生率不高,但临床医师一定要关注该药潜在的肝脏毒性,一旦确认药物性肝损害,立即停用并做出相应处理.

Liver injury induced by bicalutamide: one case report and literature review

Objective To improve the knowledge of bicalutamide-induced hepatotoxicity.Method We reported 1 case of liver injury induced by bicalutamide,and the related literature was also reviewed.Results Liver injury of this patient occurred after 2 weeks' bicalutamide treatment,and the hepatic function improved after bicalutamide withdrawal and supportive treatment.Conclusions Although the incidence of bicalutamide-induced liver injury is low,clinicians still need to pay more attention to its potential hepatotoxicity.Once drug-induced liver injury is diagnosed,the drug should be discontinued immediately and appropriate treatment measures should be taken.
