甲基泼尼松龙联合环磷酰胺对儿童系统性红斑狼疮患者的疗效及预后影响

目的 研究分析甲基泼尼松龙联合环磷酰胺对儿童系统性红斑狼疮患者的疗效及预后影响.方法 将2013年1月到2015年1月来本院接受治疗的85例患有系统性红斑狼疮的儿童作为研究对象.以数字法随机分成观察组(43例)和对照组(42例).对照组患儿接受常规治疗,观察组患儿则采用甲基泼尼松龙联合环磷酰胺的治疗方法.治疗后比较两组患儿的临床疗效及预后情况.结果 接受甲基泼尼松龙联合环磷酰胺治疗的观察组患儿治疗效果好,总有效率比对照组高(97.67％比85.71％),且治愈人数多(42比36),差异均有统计学意义(均P＜0.05).在治疗前后生活质量评分方面,治疗前两组各指标比较差异均无统计学意义(均P＞ 0.05);治疗后两组指标均上升,并且观察组均大于对照组(均P＜ 0.05).结论 在对儿童系统性红斑狼疮患儿的治疗中,甲基泼尼松龙联合环磷酰胺的治疗方法最佳,值得临床推广.

The curative effect of methylprednisolone combined with cyclophosphamide in the treatment of children with systemic lupus erythematosus

Objective To study the curative effect of methylprednisolone combined with cyclophosphamide in the treatment of children with systemic lupus erythematosus.Methods 85 children with systemic lupus erythematosus who received treatment in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2015 were divided into observation group (43 cases) and control group (42 cases) according to the random number table.The patients in the control group received routine treatment,while the patients in the observation group were treated with methylprednisolone combined with cyelophosphamide.After treatment,compared the clinical curative effect of the two groups.Results The total efficiency in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (97.67％ vs.85.71％),the number of cured children was more than that in the control group (42 vs.36),with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the scores of the quality of life between the two groups before treatment (P＞0.05);indicators increased in the two groups after treatment,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of children with systemic lupus erythematosus,methylprednisolone combined with cyclophosphamide has good curative effect,worthy of clinical promotion.
