经食道超声诊断心房颤动患者的临床价值及指标分析

目的 探讨经食道超声检查心动图对心房颤动患者的临床价值.方法 选择2015年5月至2016年5月在本院就医的60例心房颤动患者,50例非心房颤动患者,均用经食道超声心动图测定患者左房(LA)、左室(LV)、右房(RA)、有室(RV)内径,左室射血分数(EF)、短轴缩短率(FS)、二尖瓣口流速(MV),LAA排空分数(2D-FAC),LAA最大排空流速(PEV),LAA外侧壁速度(TDI-L)、LAA间隔壁速度(TDI-S)及LAA尖部速度(TDI-A),自发显影(SEC)情况.结果 观察组的LA、LV、RA、RV内径均比对照组大,分别为(4.55±1.11)cm和(3.52±0.56)cm、(5.23±0.81)cm和(4.80±0.44)cm、(3.87±0.62) cm和(3.43±0.23) cm、(2.26±0.55) cm和(1.97±0.36)cm,两组对比差异均有统计学意义(均P＜ 0.05);观察组的左室及左心耳功能均比对照组有所下降,各数据比较差异均有统计学意义(均P＜ 0.05).结论 经食道超声检查有利于判断患者左室功能及左心耳情况,在临床上起良好的指导作用.

Clinical value and index analysis of transesophageal echocardiography in diagnosis of patients with atrial fibrillation

Objective To explore the clinical value of transesophageal echocardiography in the diagnosis of patients with atrial fibrillation.Methods 60 patients with atrial fibrillation and 50 without treated at our hospital from May,2015 to May,2016 were selected.The LA,LV,RA,RV,EF,FS,MV,2D-FAC,PEV,TDI-L,TDI-S,TDI-A,and SEC were determined by transesophageal echocardiography.Results The diameters of LA,LV,RA,and RV were larger in the observation group than in the control group (4.55±1.11) cm vs.(3.52±0.56) cm,(5.23±0.81) cm vs.(4.80±0.44) cm,(3.87±0.62) cm vs.(3.43±0.23) cm,and (2.26±0.55) cm vs.(1.97±0.36) cm),with statistical differences (all P ＜ 0.05).The functions of left ventricular and left atrial appendage were better in the control group than in the observation group,with statistical differences (all P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Transesophageal echocardiography can help to determine the patients' functions of left ventricular and left atrial appendage and plays a good guiding role in clinical practice.
