鼻咽癌适形调强放疗疗效观察

摘    要:目的 分析鼻咽癌适形调强放疗的疗效.方法 选取本院152例鼻咽癌患者,选用动态或者经典的适形调强放疗技术对患者进行治疗.结果 患者的治疗总有效率是90.79%.肿瘤局部控制率1年为99.3%,2年为97.4%,5年为93.4%.鼻咽癌患者适形调强放疗治疗后的生存期1年占99.3%,2年占91.5%,5年占84.2%.患者出现急性反应多在1~3级,出现4级的情况较少.结论 鼻咽癌患者应用适形调强放疗能降低急性反应、剂量分布正确合理,对肿瘤局部有良好的控制率,是目前临床中较为理想的鼻咽癌放射治疗方法.

Abstract:Objective To analyze the curative effect of conformal intensity-modulated radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods 152 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma who received treatment in our hospital were selected,and all of the patients were treated with dynamic or classical conformal intensity-modulated radiotherapy.Results The total effective rate of treatment was 90.79%;and the local tumor control rate in 1 year was 99.3%,and that in 2 years was 97.4%,and that in 5 years was 93.4%.Among patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma after conformal intensity-modulated radiotherapy,those survived 1 year accounted for 99.3%,and those survived 2 years for 91.5%,and those survived 5 years for 84.2%.Most of the acute reactions were at grade 1-3,rarely at grade 4.Conclusion For patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma,conformal intensity-modulated radiotherapy is evenly distributed,which can reduce the acute response and effective control the local tumor's development;therefore,it is an ideal radiation therapy for the treatment ofnasopharyngeal carcinoma in clinical practice.
