改良鼻丘径路额窦鼻内镜修正手术在难治性鼻-鼻窦炎中的疗效探析

目的 研究改良鼻丘径路额窦鼻内镜修正手术在难治性鼻-鼻窦炎中的疗效,为难治性鼻-鼻窦炎患者提供明确的手术方案.方法 选择2013年6月至2015年6月接诊的120例难治性鼻-鼻窦炎患者展开研究.按照随机数表法,随机均分为改良组和对照组.对照组60例患者应用自前向后将鼻窦开放手术治疗,改良组采取改良鼻丘径路额窦鼻内镜修正手术方式实施手术.术后,评估两组患者的治疗效果、并发症及复发状况.结果 改良组手术的总有效率(95.00％)明显高于对照组(78.33％),两组比较差异有统计学意义(x 2=7.2115,P=0.0072).改良组并发症发生率(6.67％)明显低于对照组(21.67％),两组比较差异有统计学意义(x2=5.5511,P=0.0185);改良组患者的复发率(3.33％)明显低于对照组(13.33％),两组比较差异有统计学意义(x2=3.9273,P=0.0475).结论 改良鼻丘径路额窦鼻内镜修正手术治疗难治性鼻-鼻窦炎疗效显著,预后良好,值得在临床中广泛应用.

The curative effect of improved nasal endoscopic sinus mound path correction surgery in refractory rhinosinusitis

Objective To study the curative effect of improved nasal endoscopic sinus mound path correction surgery in refractory rhinosinusitis,to provide the clear surgical plan for refractory rhinosinusitis patients.Methods 120 cases of refractory rhinosinusitis from June 2013 to June 2015 were divided into improved group and control group according to the random number table method.60 patients in control group were treated with from front to back open sinus surgery,while 60 patients in improved group were treated with nasal endoscopic sinus mound path correction surgery.After the operation,the therapeutic effect,complications,and recurrence of two groups were evaluated.Results The total effective rate of operation in improved group (95.00％) was significantly higher than that in control group (78.33％),with statistically significant difference between two groups (x 2=7.2115,P=0.0072).The incidence of complications of improved group (6.67％) was significantly lower than that of control group (21.67％),with statistically significant difference between two groups (x 2=5.5511,P=0.0185).The recurrence rate of improved group (3.33％) was significantly lower than that of control group (13.33％),with statistically significant difference between two groups (x 2=3.9273,P=0.0475).Conclusion The curative effect of improved nasal endoscopic sinus mound path correction surgery in refractory rhinosinusitis is significant,with good prognosis,worthy of wide application in clinic.
