经导管射频消融术对有症状性心房颤动患者心功能的影响

目的 探讨经导管射频消融术对有症状性心房颤动患者心功能的影响.方法 选取本院2012年7月至2015年9月收治的有症状性心房颤动(AF)患者110例,最终入选有95例,按照不同治疗方式分为药物治疗组(31例)与经导管射频消融术组(RFCA,64例),术后3个月对两组患者行左房内径(LAD)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDd)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)等心功能指标,并采用生活质量量表SF-36对患者生活质量进行评分,比较结果.结果 治疗后3个月,两组患者较治疗前LAD显著缩小,LVEDd显著增加,且组间差异均有统计学意义(均P＜0.05),两组LVEF比较无明显变化(P＞0.05);治疗后两组患者生活质量均显著提高,且RFCA组明显高于药物治疗组(均P＜ 0.05).结论 经导管消融术可有效改善房颤患者左心房功能,维持窦性心律,值得临床应用.

Effect of radiofrequency catheter ablation on cardiac function in patients with symptomatic atrial fibrillation

Objective To investigate the effect of radiofrequency catheter ablation on cardiac function in patients with symptomatic atrial fibrillation.Methods 110 patients with symptomatic atrial fibrillation (AF) who were admitted into our hospital from July,2012 to September,2015 were selected but only 95 patients were finally enrolled in the study.According to different treatment methods,the subjects were divided into a drug treatment group (n=31) and a radiofrequency catheter ablation group (RFCA,n=64).3 months after operation,the left atrial diameter (LAD),left ventricular end diastolic diameter (LVEDd),left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF),and cardiac function indexes were detected,the quality of life was evaluated by SF-36,and the results were compared.Results After 3 months' treatment,the LAD was decreased significantly,LVEDd was increased significantly,and there were statistical difterences between these two groups (P ＜ 0.05) but there was no obvious change in LVEF (P ＞ 0.05).The quality of life of both groups was significantly improved after treatment.The score of the RFCA group was significantly higher than that of the drug treatment group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Radiofrequency catheter ablation can effectively improve left atrial function and maintain sinus rhythm in patients with atrial fibrillation.
