| 摘 要： | 目的 研究分析脊椎骨折中微创经皮椎弓根螺钉+伤椎置钉的治疗效果.方法 从本院脊椎骨折患者中选取21例(微创经皮椎弓根螺钉+伤椎置钉)进行研究,分析患者术前、术中和术后相应指标.结果 患者手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间分别为(64.5±6.2) min、(60.4±3.5)ml、(8.4±1.2)d.术后VAS视觉模拟评分为(1.3±0.2)、伤椎Cobb角(6.4±1.0)°、伤椎前缘高度比值(93.2±4.1)优于术前的(7.0±1.4)、(19.7±3.5)°、(56.0±8.1),差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 微创经皮椎弓根螺钉+伤椎置钉方法对脊椎骨折患者的伤椎固定、复位及改善伤椎前缘高度等具有显著优势.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical effect of minimally invasive percutaneous pedicle screw fixation in the treatment of vertebral fracture.Methods 21 cases of vertebral fracture in our hospital (minimally invasive percutaneous pedicle screw fixation) were selected,and preoperative,intraoperative,postoperative corresponding indexes were analyzed.Results The operative time,intraoperative blood loss,and the length of stay were (64.5±6.2)min,(60.4+3.5)ml,(8.4±1.2)d.Postoperative VAS score,Cobb angle,anterior height ratio were (1.3±0.2),(6.4±1.0)°,(93.2±4.1),significantly improved compared with preoperative (P＜0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive percutaneous pedicle screw fixation has significant advantages in the fixation,reset,and improving the anterior height ratio in patients with vertebral fracture. |
