妇科腹腔镜手术患者应用循证护理的临床疗效分析

目的 分析妇科腹腔镜手术患者应用循证护理的临床治疗效果.方法 选取自2014年6月至2015年6月在本院妇科进行腹腔镜手术患者共132例,年龄31 ～ 49岁,随机将132例患者分为观察组和对照组,每组66例.对照组患者沿用普通的临床护理常规,包括体位、术后的心理护理、术后病情及生命体征的观察等,观察组患者在采用常规临床护理的基础上,结合循证护理,主要提前对于患者腹腔镜术后可能出现的并发症进行判断,并寻找相关的科研结果及临床护理经验作为依据,采取针对性的护理方法.观察两组患者在护理后并发症的发生情况.结果 观察组腹胀(16.7％vs.4.5％)、颈肩部酸痛(22.7％vs.7.6％)、下肢深静脉血栓(10.6％ vs.1.5％)、尿潴留(24.2％vs.9.1％)等并发症的发生率均比对照组显著下降,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).在护理质量评分方面,观察组患者护理质量评分显著高于对照组,尤其在护理巡护方面观察组评分为(21.1±3.8)明显高于对照组(15.2±3.4),差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 妇科腹腔镜手术患者应用循证护理能很大程度的降低妇科腹腔镜手术患者出现并发症的可能,有利于促进患者的术后恢复,减少患者痛苦.

Clinical effect of evidence-based nursing on patients with gynecological laparoscopic surgery

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of evidence-based nursing in patients with gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Methods A total of 132 cases of gynecological laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2015,aged 31-49 years old,were selected as clinical research object,and randomly divided into observation group and control group,66 cases in each group.Control group received routine clinical care,including position,postoperative psychological nursing,observation on postoperative condition and vital signs,observation group received evidence-based nursing on the basis of routine clinical care,including early judgment on possible complications after laparoscopic surgery,searching related research results and clinical nursing experience as the basis,taking specific nursing method.The incidence of postoperative complications of two groups were observed.Results The incidences of neck shoulder pain,urinary retention,abdominal distension,lower extremity deep venous thrombosis in observation group were lower than those in control group (7.6％ vs.22.7％,9.1％ vs.24.2％,4.5％ vs.16.7％,1.5％ vs.10.6％;P＜0.05).The score of nursing quality in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group,especially the score of nursing patrol in observation group (21.1±3.8)] was significantly higher than that in control group,with statistically significant difference (P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of evidence-based nursing in gynecological laparoscopic surgery can reduce the complications of gynecologic laparoscopic surgery to a great extent,which is beneficial to promote the postoperative recovery of patients and reduce the pain of patients.
