摘    要:目的 探讨教育干预对小儿肾病综合征自我护理能力和治疗效果的影响.方法 选取2015年11月至2016年7月本院收治的小儿肾病综合征患者68例,给予对照组患儿常规肾病综合征护理措施,实验组患儿在对照组护理方案基础上施加教育干预.采用欧洲肾病综合征自我护理行为量表对患儿自我护理能力进行评价,对两组患儿的治疗效果进行评价并分析.结果 经过护理干预后,实验组患儿治疗有效率显著高于对照组(94.1%比2.4%,P<0.05);护理干预前肾病综合征自我护理行为量表得分两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后实验组患儿量表得分降低明显(P<0.05).结论 针对小儿肾病综合征患者治疗过程中采用健康教育进行干预,明显提高了患儿自我护理能力,提升了疾病治疗效果,对于缩短肾病综合征患儿的治疗时间,提高肾病综合征患儿的生活质量具有重要意义.

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of educational intervention on self-care ability and therapeutic effect in children with nephrotic syndrome.Methods Sixty-eight children with nephrotic syndrome admitted in our hospital from November 2015 to July 2016 were enrolled in this study.The children in the control group were given routine nursing intervention for nephrotic syndrome,and the children in the experimental group were given education intervention on the basis of nursing plan of the control group.The self-care ability of children was evaluated by self-care behavior scale of European nephrotic syndrome.The therapeutic effect of the two groups were evaluated and analyzed.Results After nursing intervention,the treatment effective rate of the experimental group (94.1%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (82.4%) (P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the self-care behavior scale score of nephrotic syndrome between the two groups before nursing intervention (P>0.05);after nursing intervention,the score of the experimental group reduced more significantly (P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment course of children with nephrotic syndrome,health education intervention significantly improves the self-care ability of children and the treatment effect of disease,of great significance to shorten the treatment time and improve the life quality of children with nephrotic syndrome.
