左氧氟沙星联合胸腺肽治疗老年初治肺结核疗效观察

目的 观察左氧氟沙星联合胸腺肽治疗老年初治肺结核的临床疗效.方法 选取2015年2月至2016年2月本院收治的老年初治肺结核患者96例,将其随机分为两组,各48例.对照组采用2HRZE/4HR方案治疗,观察组在此基础上给予左氧氟沙星联合胸腺肽治疗.两组治疗后痰菌转阴率与痰上清液细胞因子水平比较.结果 观察组痰菌转阴率明显高于对照组,TNF-α(肿瘤坏死因子α)与IL-4(白介素-4)明显低于对照组,而IFN-γ(干扰素-γ)明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P＜ 0.05).结论 左氧氟沙星联合胸腺肽治疗老年初治肺结核疗效确切,可显著调节细胞因子水平,改善机体免疫功能,提高痰菌转阴率.

Levofloxacin combining thymosin in treatment of elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of levofloxacin combining thymosin in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis in the elderly.Methods 96 elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis treated at our hospital from February,2015 to February,2016 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,48 cases for each group.The control group was treated with 2HRZE/4HR regimen;in addition,the observation group was given levofloxacin and thymosin.After treatment,the sputum negative conversion rate and sputum cytokine levels were compared between these two groups.Results The sputum negative conversion rate and IFN-gamma level were significantly higher and the levels TNF-alpha and of IL-4 were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group,with statistical differences (all P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Levofloxacin combining thymosin in the treatment of senile pulmonary tuberculosis is effective and can significantly modulate cytokine levels,improve immune function,and increase sputum negative conversion rate.
