思想政治教育中的被组织与自组织

思想政治教育中的组织方式应该划分为自组织和被组织两种方式 ,思想政治教育中被组织与自组织各具特点且有区别与联系。自组织是思想政治工作在长期演化中选择和形成的优化的进化方式 ;在自组织系统中必然存在着局部被组织的情形 ;思想政治教育中的自组织意味着创新。自组织与被组织的统一是思想政治教育方法的最佳选择。

The Organised and the Self- organising Form in the Ideological and Political Education

Organization in the ideological and political education should be divided into the organized and organizing form, which are distinctive and interrelated. The self-organized form is produced and maintained in the evolution of ideological and political education. Although in the self-organized system there should involve the partially-organized phenomenon, the self-organized form means creation. The integration of the organized and self-organized forms is the best choice for the ideological and political education.
