采用传统疝修补方法治疗腹股沟疝437例

目的：评价传统腹股沟疝修补术的效果。方法：1982年1月－2002年1月我科采用传统方法修补腹股沟疝437例，随访统计病人的年龄，性别，腹股沟疝的类型，合并症以及手术方式的选择，复发率，并发症发生率等临床资料。结果：437例病人中失随访25例，复发15例，复发率为3．4％，并发症；术后阴囊血肿1例，切口出血1例，神经痛2例，并发症发生率为0．92％。结论：在采用传统疝修补方法治疗腹股沟疝时，只要严格掌握手术适应证，选择恰当的手术方式并在术中强调操作要点同样能达到较低的复发率。

Follow-up Study of 437 cases of Inguinal Hernia Treated by Traditional Inguinal Herniorrhaphy

Objective:To evaluate the results of traditional inguinal herniorrhaphy.Methods:Four hundred and thirty seven cases of traditional inguinal herniorrhaphy performed in our department were followed up from January1982to January2002.The clinical data included patients' age,gender,typing of inguinal hernia,presence of combined symptoms,choice of mode of operation and the rate of complications and recurrence.Results:Twenty five cases were lost in the follow up.There were15cases of recurrence,a rate of3.4%.Postoperatively,1patient had scrotal haematoma,1with incision hemorrhage,2with neuralgia;The rate of complications was0.92%.Conclusions A low recurrence rate could also be reached in treating inguinal hernia by traditional inguinal herniorrhaphy if we strictly abide by correct indications,choose the proper operative method and emphasize the key steps of the procedure.
