146例复杂肝内胆管结石的个体化治疗

目的 探讨个体化治疗复杂肝内胆管结石的可行性.方法 对福建医大附属临床教学基地宁德市闽东医院近4年来使用不同方法治疗复杂肝内胆管结石总体疗效进行回顾性分析.结果 根据具体病情,术前制定详细的个体化治疗方案,术中采取不同的手术方式,术后采取不同的综合治疗措施,能明显提高复杂肝内胆管结石的治愈率.结论 复杂肝内胆管结石病情复杂.无统一的治疗方法,但有共同的治疗原则.对每个病例制定详细的个体化治疗方案是提高治愈率的重要措施.

Individualized treatment of complicated hepatolithiasis in 146 cases

Objective To explore the feasibility of individualized treatment for complicated hep-atolithiasis. Methods The clinical data of patients with complicated hepatolithiasis treated in our hos-pital with different approaches in the past 4 years were retrospectively analyzed. Results The cura-tive rate of the disease could be promoted by preoperative careful formulation of individualized regi-men, perioperative performance of different approaches and postoperative conduction of different com-prehensive treatments according to the actual illness conditions. Conclusion As the complicated hepa-tolithiasis is complex and there is no uni{ied curing method, the important measures to impove curative rate is making detailed individualized treatment plan for every case.
