摘 要: | 目的:月见草油富含多种人体必需不饱和脂肪酸,其主要有效成分为γ-亚麻酸,但性质不稳定易氧化,故将其制成脂质体可增加其稳定性并提高其疗效.方法:本实验采用正交试验筛选γ-亚麻酸脂质体的制备工艺.经过实验得出最佳的制备工艺条件为磷脂与月见草油的比例为0.2:0.1,溶于20ml氯仿和40ml磷酸缓冲溶液,超声处理10min.结果:制得的γ-亚麻酸脂质体的包封率较高达99%以上,且渗透率较低.结论:本方法简便易行,实验结果可为新药开发和工业化生产应用提供条件.

Abstract: | Objective:Evening primrose oil contains abundance of Essentia polyunsaturated fatty acids and γ-linolenic acid is the mostly important,but the property of γ-linolenic acid is unstable and easily oxidized,in this experiment the γ-linolenic acid was made into li-posome so as to make it stable and more effective,orthogonal test was used to choose the Best Conditions of preparing the liposome of γ-linolenic acid.Methods:The best pmpertion of phospholipid and evening primrose oil is 0.2:0.1,dissolved in 20ml chloroform and 40 ml phosphate buffer solution,ultrasonic treatment for 10min.Results:the γ-linolenic acid entrapment efficiency was more than 99% and the permeability is low.Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate and reliable and can be used for the new drug development and production. |
