摘    要:目的:探索国内医院床位规模的测算办法。方法:选取2010年样本省卫生统计年豁数据和第四次国家卫生服务调查资料,分别运用区域规划法和数据包络分析法对样小省医院床位的需求总量以及所属17所样本医院的适宜规模进行洲算分析.结果:样本数据显示,样本省的县区医院和地市级医院的床位数量达到或者接近饱和,省级医院、社区中.心和卫生院、其他医疗机构尚有发展空间;样本医院中,不同类别、不同床化数量的医院均呈现规模效益递增。结论:医院适宜床化规模的测算位将区域卫生规划的总量调控和医院微观层面的经济学效益相结合。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the method to calculate hospital bed scale in China. Methods: The 2010 annual healthcare statistics in Jiangsu Province and the 4th national healthcare service survey were employed in the present study, of which the data were analyzed by means of regional health planning and data envelopment analysis fro,n the perspectives of the total beds required in target hospitals and the input-output effect from 17 sample hospitals. Results: The sampling shows that hospital beds at county and city levels reached or ahnost reached saluration whilst those at provincial level or in the communities still had room fnr development. As to all sample hospitals, the scale economies effect went up with the increase of beds. Conclusion: Both the factor of controlling the total number in the regional health planning and economic effect of individual hospital should be considered in the calculation of appropriate scale of hospital beds.
