| 摘 要： | 2011年世界卫生组织资料显示，国内医院总数与床位总量位于世界前列，但人均数远低于高收入国家。4000张床位以上的大型医院屡见不鲜．但国际罕见。床位增长方式以单体扩增为主体，而发达国家已走向纵向联合式发展。此外，与发达国家相比，国内不同地区床位分布不均衡；医院床位发展规划以自行决策为主体，而国际上是以区域卫生规划指导下的发展为主流。结合国情，借鉴国际经验，在政府宏观组织规划下的医院床位配置与增减是未来发展方向。

| Abstract: | Indicates from WHO shows that the scale of Chinese hospitals and the number of hospital beds rank first in the world.However,the number of beds per capita is far lower than that of the high-income countries.There are numbers of hospital more than 4000 beds in China which is rare in the world.Compared with industrialized countries,there is an unbalanced beds distribution in China.The hospitals enlarged their beds separately,with no uniform arrangement,which is different with the world trend.With favorable regional health planning,the hospital beds will well-developed in the near future. |
