| Abstract: | Pletelet aggregation test is of valuein establishing bleedings due to conge-nital or acquired platelet functionaldisturbances and hypercoagulationalstate in thrombotic diseases. This paperreports aggregation of platelet wave of80 healthy indivduals and 20 patientswith platelet diseases (including conge-nital platelet functional defects) inducedby ADP. BS-631 platelet aggregationapparatus was used for the observation.The observed change in the wave patternhas diagnostic significance. |
