COX-2在肝细胞癌侵袭转移中的作用

目的：研究环氧合酶-2（COX-2）在肝细胞癌中的表达及其与基质金属蛋白酶（MMP）-2、MMP-9的关系。方法：应用免疫组织化学方法检测43例肝细胞癌组织和6例肝硬化组织及10例正常肝组织中COX-2、MMP-2和MMP-9的表达。结果：肝癌组织中的COX-2表达高于肝硬化组织和正常肝组织中的表达；在不同性别、年龄、肿瘤大小、包膜、门静脉癌栓、甲胎球蛋白（AFP）和组织分化者癌组织中COX-2蛋白的表达差异均无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。COX-2与MMP-2和MMP-9的表达有相关性（r分别为0．508和0．368，P〈0．01）。MMP-2和MMP-9蛋白表达之间呈正相关（r=0．472，P〈0．01）。结论：COX-2可能通过增加MMP-2和MMP-9的表达而促进肝细胞癌的侵袭和转移。

Effects of Cyclooxygenase-2 in Hepatocellular Carcinoma Invasion and Metastasis

Objective:To study cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2)expression in hepatocellular carcinoma and the relationships between COX-2 and MMP-2, MMP-9. Methods: The expressions of COX-2, MMP-2 and MMP-9 were determined by immunohistochemical method in 43 hepatocellular carcinoma tissues, 6 hepatocirrhosis tissues and 10 normal controls. Results: COX-2 expression in hepatocellular carcinoma tissues was higher than those in cirrhosis tissues and normal. There was no significant difference of COX-2 among sex, age, tumor size, tumor capsule, presence of portal vein thrombosis, the level of -fetoprotein and histo-differentiation (P > 0.05). COX-2 expression was correlated with MMP-2 and MMP-9 expressions (r=0.508, r = 0.368, P < 0.01). MMP-2 expression was positively correlated to MMP-9 expression(r=0.472, P < 0.01). Conclusion: COX-2 may stimulate the invasion and metastasis in hepatocellular carcinoma by increasing MMP-2 and MMP-9 expression.
