无锡市职业卫生现状分析及对策

摘    要:目的了解无锡市职业病防治现状,准确掌握有毒化学品生产及使用状况。方法在无锡市全市范围内开展毒源普查,调查无锡市工矿企业职业卫生现状。结果全市参与调查企业13752家,存在职业病危害的9918家,选择有职业健康监护资质单位体检的企业占15.67%,职业病危害接触人数167348人,职业健康检查率49.35%,开展日常监测企业存在职业病危害因素作业点8583个,进行检测8583个,检测合格率90.85%,2002-2006年全市新、改、扩建项目6936家,其中172家开展职业病危害预评价及控制效果评价。结论应健全卫生审批制度,加强职业健康教育及职业健康监护,以保证劳动者的身体健康。

Abstract: Objective] To understand the current situation of the occupational disease prevention and treatment in Wuxi City and master the production and utilization of toxicant chemicals. Methods] General survey was conducted on the toxicant sources within Wuxi City; investigation was carried out on the occupational sanitary situation in the industrial enterprises of the city. Results] A-mong the 13 752 investigated enterprises, 9918 were found with occupational hazards; 15.67% chose the qualified medical units for the occupational health examination; 167 348 people were exposed to occupational hazards; the rate of occupational health examination was 49.35 % ; 8583 working spots were found with occupational hazardous factors, 90.85 % of which were eligible; during the years of 2002-2006, 172 out of 6936 enterprises carried out occupational hazard pre-evaluation and control effect evaluation. Conclusion] Sanitary examination and approval system should be completed and occupational health education and surveillance should be strengthened to guarantee the laborers' physical health.
