对医院护工的洗手教育及效果观察

目的对医院的护工进行洗手教育,以提高护工洗手的依从性和洗手质量,减少医院内感染的发生。方法通过对全院42名护工进行问卷调查、现场观察、暗访、手指细菌培养等方法,了解洗手教育前后护工洗手的认知水平、洗手依从性及洗手质量的变化。结果洗手教育后,护工的洗手次数、时间、部位都有明显改变,手指细菌培养菌落数明显降低（P〈0.05）。结论洗手教育能明显提高护工洗手的认知水平、依从性及洗手质量,对减少医院内感染有重要意义。

Effect Evaluation of Hand-washing Education for Nursing Workers
