摘    要:目的:研究视网膜静脉阻塞后视网膜的血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达变化及其视网膜的电生理学改变,并探讨两者之间的关系。方法:采用氩激光直接光凝法封闭兔眼视网膜静脉建立视网膜静脉阻塞模型,利用免疫组化法观察正常兔及造模后3周兔视网膜组织中VEGF的表达,并检测造模前及造模后3周闪光视网膜电流图(FERG)。结果:兔视网膜静脉阻塞(retinalveinocclusion,RVO)眼的缺血视网膜及新生血管组织中VEGF不同程度表达增强,FERG鄄b波的振幅明显下降,P<0.01,VEGF表达的改变与FERG鄄b波的振幅具有负相关关系。结论:①RVO的电生理改变表明视网膜功能改变主要位于视网膜中央血管供应区域,即内核层到神经纤维层;②VEGF在RVO视网膜新生血管的发生中具有重要的参与机制;③RVO的电生理学指标和VEGF表达的改变具有负相关性。

Abstract:Objective: To study the changes in VEGF expression and electrophysio logy of retina in rabbit eyes with retinal vein occlusion, and to find out the r elationship. Methods: Retinal vein occlusion of rabbit model was established wi th argon laser photocoagulation to retinal vein. The VEGF expression was observe d in retina with immunohistochemical staining. Before laser and 21 days after la ser, FERG was recorded and statistically analyzed. Results:VEGF expression was detected in inner ischemic retina and retinal neovasular tissue; The wave of FER G-b in rabbit with retinal vein occlusion was significantly scaled down, P < 0.0 1; There was a negative correlation between VEGF expression and the wave of FERG -b. Conclusion: The electrophysiological changes of RVO demonstrated that the changes of retinal function mainly lie in the central retinal artery supplying a rea, i.e. from the inner nuclear layer to nerve fiber layer.VEGF might play an i mportant role in the pathogenesis of vascular proliferative retinopathy and FERG was probably related to VEGF expression.
