| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血脂水平及血清胆红素与冠心病的关系。方法96例经临床确诊的老年冠心病患者为观察组,82例老年健康体检者为对照组,采用全自动生化分析仪检测血脂水平及血清胆红素浓度。结果观察组的血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义;而血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、总胆红素(TB il)、直接胆红素(DB il)、间接胆红素(IB il)均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论老年冠心病患者血脂水平较高,而血清胆红素水平较低,提示高血脂及低水平胆红素是冠心病发病的危险因素。
