摘    要:目的探索在《护理学基础》教学过程中根据不同章节的教学内容和要求运用不同形式的情境教学模式,或是几种情景相结合的方式,对学生综合能力的培养情况。方法以2006级护理本科生为对照组,使用传统方法教学,2007级护理本科生为实验组,根据不同章节的教学需要,恰当运用不同形式的情境模式教学,两组进行对比。结果护生的操作水平和总评成绩实验组均优于对照组(P〈0.05),护生的综合素质的5个指标也是实验组高于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论综合运用情境模式进行教学,可激发学生评判性思维能力和提高发现问题、解决问题的能力,同时培养学生良好的人文关怀理念,是提高实用型护理人才综合能力的重要途径。

Abstract:Objective To explore the method of integrated situational teaching in Basic Nursing course, and how the method on the cultivation of student’s comprehensive ability. Methods Nursing students of 2006 as the control group,used traditional methods of teaching,nursing students of 2007 as experimental group used the method of integrated situational teaching. Results Nursing practice level and total mark in the experimental group wehre better than those in the control group( P 0. 05) . It was found that 5 indicators of overall quality of students in the experimental group are high( P 0. 05) . Conclusion The method of integrated situational teaching can stimulate students’autonomy consciousness,which is an important way of improving comprehensive ability.
