2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者血浆MCP-1含量的变化

目的：观察2型糖尿病大血管病变患者血浆MCP-1含量变化。方法：选择176例2型糖尿病患者，其中糖尿病合并冠心病组（DM＋CHD组）75例，糖尿病非合并冠心病组（DM）101例，另外选择70例健康者作为对照组。应用Sandwich ELISA方法测定血浆MCP-1含量变化。结果：DM组、DM＋CHD组血浆MCP-1含量均显著增高，DM＋CHD组血浆MCP-1含量较DM组含量增高更加明显，HDL-C、SBP、FBG、HbAlc与MCP-1水平显著相关，反映冠脉狭窄程度的Gensini积分与MCP-1含量显著正相关，多因素logistic回归分析表明，MCP-1是糖尿病合并冠心病发生的危险因素。结论：糖尿病患者血浆MCP-1含量显著增高，合并冠心病患者MCP-1含量增加更加显著，MCP-1含量与冠脉狭窄程度显著正相关，是糖尿病患者发生冠心病的独立危险因素。

Change of Plasma MCP-1 in Patients With Type 2 Diabetes Complicated With Coronary Heart Disease

Objective：To investigate the change of plasma MCP-1 in type 2 diabetic patients with coronary heart disease. Methods： One hundred and seventy-six patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were chosen and divided into 2 groups： DM group （101cases） and DM ＋ CHD group （75cases）. In addition, 70 healthy people were chosen as control group. The level of plasma MCP-1 was measured by the method of sandwich ELISA. Results： Compared with that in control group, the level of MCP-1 was significantly increased in both DM ＋ CHD group and DM group. Level of MCP-1 was higher in DM ＋ CHD group than that in DM group. The MCP-1 content was significantly correlated with the levels of SBP, HDL-C, HbAlc, FBG. The Gensini score which reflects the degree of severity of coronary artery narrowing was significantly correlated with the level of MCP-1, and multiple logistic regression analysis showed that MCP-1 was an independent risk factor of CHD in diabetic patients. Conclusion：The level of MCP-1 is significantly increased in diabetic patients and correlated with degree of the coronary artery narrowing, and moreover, is an independent risk factor for type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with CHD.
