| 摘 要： | 目的探讨自体角膜缘干细胞移植对复发性翼状胬肉的治疗价值。方法58例(59眼)复发性翼状胬肉进行自体角膜缘干细胞移植术,术后观察10~26个月。结果59只眼在观察期间无1例复发。术后患者无不良感觉,眼部外观改善,视力都有所提高。结论自体角膜缘干细胞移植是治疗复发性翼状胬肉的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effects of limbal stem cell autograft transplantation on the prevention from recurrence after excision of recurrent pterygium.Methods 58 cases(59eyes)of recurrent pterygium were excised under microscope with limbal stem cell autograft transpllarnt-ation,All cases were followed up for 10~26 months.Results Recurce is not found in any eyes.The epithelium recovering time 3~7 dys.The visual ability rised in all eyes.Conclusion Micro-Surgical excision of recunent pterygium combinded with limbal stem celltransplantation can significantly decrease the rate of recurrence. |
