| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨创面灵治疗感染性伤口的临床疗效。方法：应用创面灵治疗感染性伤口32例，并与30例雷佛奴尔作对照。结果：本组治愈71．9％，显效率87．5％，总有效率86．9％，均优于雷佛奴尔对照组（36．7％、53．3％、80．0％）。结论：创面灵在解毒抑菌、祛腐生肌方面的作用优于雷佛奴尔对照组。对伤口无明显刺激性，无皮肤过敏反应，安全有效。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate curative effect on treating infective wounds with Chuang Mian Ling fluid Methods:32 patients with infective wounds were treated with Chuang Man Ling fluid,Comparing with 30 patients treated with reivanol.Results:The cured rate,effective rate and total effective rate of treated group(71.9%,87.5%,96.9%)were higher that those of the control group respectively(36.7%,53.3%,80.0%).Conclusion:Treated group excel controlled group in detoxification bacteriostatin,removing putrid tissue and promoting granulation.Chuang Mian Ling fluid is safe and effective,and no side-effecst have been found in clinic. |
