人乳头状瘤病毒表达在尖锐湿疣诊断中的应用研究

目的　研究人乳头状瘤病毒 (HPV)在尖锐湿疣 (CA)中的表达 ,并探讨 HPV表达在 CA诊断中的价值。方法　 1对 2 0 0例标本行甲醛固定、石蜡包埋、切片、HE染色。 2采用 SABC免疫组织化学法 ,一抗为兔抗 HPV抗体 ,检测 CA中 HPV的表达。结果　 1HE染色 2 0 0例 CA中 ,具有典型 CA组织结构者 180例、具有不典型 CA组织结构者 2 0例。其中 1例伴有癌变。 2用 HPV抗体检测 2 0 0例 CA标本 ,阳性为 190例 ,占 95 %,其中女性 180例中阳性 174例 ,占 96 .6 %;男性 2 0例中阳性 16例 ,占 80 %。另外在典型组织学结构的 CA中 ,有2例 HPV阴性 ,其余 8例 HPV阴性均在不典型组织学结构中。结论　 CA是由 HPV所引起 ,应依据 HPV免疫组织化学法或原位杂交法的阳性表达做出病理诊断。 CA要与假性湿疣、寻常疣、乳头状瘤相鉴别。 CA可能癌变。

Study of human papilomavirus expression in diagnosis of condyloma acuminatum

Objective To study the causative HPV expression in condyloma acuminatum (CA) and better understand the possible role of HPV in diagnosis of CA.Methods ①The formalin-fixed,paraffin-embedded tissue sections,hematoxylin and eosin (HE) stain were performed on 200 cases.②The expression of HPV was determined by an SABC immunohistochemistry.Results ①Of 200 cases,180 the typical CA and 20 the atypical CA were showed by HE stain.There were 180 females and 20 males in all the cases.②The expression of HPV-positivity was in 190 (95%) cases.Among the HPV-positive cases,there were 174 females and 16 males.In the typical CA,there were 2 cases HPV-negative.In the atypical CA,there were 8 cases HPV-negative.Conclusion HPV was the causative virus in CA.HPV immunohistochemistry or in situ hybridization was currently available for diagnosing CA.CA should be differentiated from pseudocondyloma acuminatum,common wart,or papiloma.CA may be involved in malignance.
