| 摘 要： | 目的:通过分析细胞因子的性质,旨在探讨前葡萄膜炎可能的发病机制。方法:取20例HLA-B27相关前葡萄膜炎患者、20例小柳原田患者外周血和正常人作为对照组,通过酶联免疫反应(ELISA)检测患者外周血IFN-γ,IL-4和IL-10的含量。结果:两组患者外周血IFN-γ的含量较正常人显著增高(P<0.05),且小柳原田患者外周血中IFN-γ含量显著高于HLA-B27相关前葡萄膜炎患者外周血中IFN-γ含量(P<0.05)。结论:前葡萄膜炎发病机制可能和对自身抗原诱发的Th1型免疫反应过强有关。

| Abstract: | ·AIM:To study the possible mechanism of anterior uveitis by evaluating the quality of cytokines in peripheral blood..METHODS:Peripheral blood was drawn from 20 patients with HLA-B27 positive uveitis,20 patients with VKH syndrome and 20 normal people.The amount of IFN-γ,IL-4 and IL-10 were evaluated respectively with ELISA..RESULTS:The amount of IFN-γ in the patients was much higher than that in the normal people(P<0.05),and the amount of IFN-γ in the patients with VKH syndrome was much higher than that in the patients with HLA-B27 positive uveitis(P<0.05).The content of IL-4 was less than 2.6ng/L in three groups,whereas that of IL-10 was less than 2.8ng/L in three groups.There was no significant difference among three groups..CONCLUSION:The anterior uveitis might be related to the enhanced Th1 immune response.. |
