摘    要:目的 探讨尿毒症毒素尿素对血液流变学的影响。方法 将新鲜猪血1.5L测定其尿素浓度(C =6 .1mmol/L)及血液流变学指标后,均分为7份。在原有尿素浓度基础上将上述标本分别加入不同剂量尿素配成含尿素10、15、2 0、2 5、30、35、4 0mmol/L的全血标本,搅匀并静置2h后分别测定上述标本的血液流变学指标。结果 全血高切粘度及红细胞刚性指数随尿素浓度的升高而逐渐增大,红细胞变形指数(DI)逐渐降低;全血低切粘度及血浆粘度变化不明显。结论 尿素可使红细胞变形性降低,从而改变血液流变学特性。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of urea on hemorheology in pig. Method After measuring the urea concentration (C=6.1mmol/L) and hemorheological properties, 1.5L fresh blood of pig was divided equally to 7 blood samples.Different dosages of urea were put into above samples and the urea concentration were as follows:10.0, 15.0,20.0,25.0,30.0,35.0,40.0mmol/L. After 2 hours, the hemorheological properties were measured. Results Following the increasing urea concentrations, the high shear viscosity of whole blood and the resoluting index of red blood cell increased gradually whereas the deformating index decreased;the blood low shear viscosity and plasma viscosity had no obvious change. Conclusion Urea can decrease the erythrocyte deformability and influence the hemorheological property.
