| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肾错构瘤自发性破裂出血的诊断和治疗方法。方法回顾性分析了1994~2004年诊治的9例肾错瘤自发性破裂出血患者的临床资料,其中8例行手术治疗,1例保守治疗。结果8例术后恢复良好,1例保守治疗者病情稳定。结论B超和CT检查对诊断肾错构瘤自发性破裂出血有帮助;对肾错构瘤的治疗应全面考虑,手术仍为主要的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the diagnosis and treatment of renal hamartoma with spomtameous rupture.Methods All patients were diagnosed as renal hamartoma by ultrasonography and CT.The data of 9 cases of renal hamartoma with spontaneous rupture were analyzed retrospectively.8 patients of them were treated by operation,and 1 case was treated conservatively with medicine.Results 8 patients recovered smoothly after operation and the other patient's condition was stable after conservative treatment.Condusions Ultrasound and CT scan are help to diagnosis,and operation is the main treatment for renal angiomyotipoma with spomtaneous rupture. |
