气管切开病人吸痰法的探讨

目的探讨气管切开病人的吸痰方法。方法将 74例气管切开患者随机分为实验组 (n =36 )和对照组(n =38) ,实验组患者吸痰方法为先抽吸口鼻后抽气管切开处 ,且口鼻和气管切开处分开两条吸痰管。对照组 38例则先抽吸气管切开处后抽吸口鼻处 ,使用一条吸痰管。结果实验组肺部感染发生时间较对照组晚一周 ,感染率(P <0 0 5 )、粘膜损伤发生率、吸痰次数及吸痰后 2min氧饱和度均值 ,与对照组比较差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 1 )。结论先抽吸口鼻后抽吸气管切开处且吸痰管分开的吸痰效果优于先抽吸气管切开处后抽吸口鼻处

Phlegrn Sucking Methods for these patients with tracheotomy

Objective To evaluate the effect of phlegm sucking methods for these patients with tracheotomy Methods Seventy four cases patients with tracheotomy were randomied divided into the study group( n =36) and the control group( n =38).Patients in the study group were treated with phlegm sucking in stomat nasophargnx by one pipe firstly and in trachea ty another pipe secondly.Patients in the control group were treated with phlegm sucking in trackea firstly and in stomat nasopharynx secondly by only one pipe.Results The time for occurrence of lung infection of these patients in the study group were delated for one week.There are significant difference between the tow group in the rate of trachea mucosae injury and lung infection,the times of phlegm sucking and the oxygen saturation of phlegm sucking 5 min later( P <0.05).Conclusions The effect of phlegm sucking in stomat nasopharynx by on pipe firstly and in trachea by another pipe secondly is better than that of phlegm sucking in trachea firstly and in stomat nasopharynx secondly by only one pipe.
