| 摘 要： | 目的：观察带蒂大网膜移植术治疗58例慢性脓胸和（或）支气管胸膜瘘（BPF）的近、远期效果。方法：回顾分析接受带蒂大网膜胸腔内移植术治疗的58例慢性脓胸患者的临床资料。结果：无围术期死亡，随访1－16年，总的手术成功率93．1％，瘘口闭合率89．5％。结论：该法具有创伤小、出血少，术后无严重胸廓和脊柱畸形，具有操作简便易行、安全可靠和治愈率高等优点，是慢性脓胸和BPF较为理想的治疗方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the short and long term outcome of pedicled omentum transplantation for the treatment of chronic persistent empyema and bronchopleural fistula in 58 cases.Methods The clinical data of 58 empyema cases who received pedicled omentum transplantation from November of 1979 to 1996 of December were retrospectively analyzed.Results There was no perioperative death.Follow up ranged from 1 to 16 years.The overall success rate was 93.1% and the closure rate of bronchopleural fistula was 89.5%.Conclusion The pedicled omentum transplantation is a safe and easy procedure for the chronic empyema and bronchopleural fistula,with high cure rate and reliability,which is worth spreading. |
