中药治疗病毒性心肌炎房性早搏的研究

目的:探讨中药治疗病毒性心肌炎房性早搏的疗效及机制。方法:50例病毒性心肌炎房性早搏的患者随机分为2组,每组25例,均经抗病毒、能量合剂治疗。治疗组加服中药,对照组加服倍他乐克,均观察3周。结果:治疗组显效率为60％,有效率为28％,总有效率为88％;对照组显效率为28％,有效率为24％,总有效率为52％。结论:中药治疗病毒性心肌炎房性早搏有较好疗效。

Study of traditional Chinese medicine on atrial premature beats of viral myocarditis

Objective: It is to study the curative effect and the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine on atrial premature beats of viral myocarditis. Methods: Fifty patients with atrial premature beats of viral myocarditis were randomly and averagely divided into two groups. Both groups were treated with antiviral medicine and capacity mixture. The treatment group was additionally treated with traditional Chinese medicine. The control group was additionally treated with Betaloc. Both were observed for three weeks. Results: In the treatment group, the remarkable effective rate was 60% , the effective rate was 28% and the total effective rate was 88% . The above - mention effective rates were 28% , 24% and 52% in the control group. Conclusion: The traditional Chinese medicine has better curative effect on atrial premature beats of viral myocarditis.
