摘    要:目的 观察急救护理路径在抢救急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者中的应用及效果.方法 2009年12月至2010年12月,将86例AMI患者随机分为观察组和对照组各43例,观察组采用急救护理路径实施急救护理,对照组采用传统护理,比较观察2组的卧床时间、住院时间、疾病知识、并发症及患者满意度情况.结果 观察组卧床时间、住院时间明显短于对照组,疾病知识测分明显高于对照组,而并发症发生率明显低于对照组.观察组的满意度明显高于对照组.结论 采用急救护理路径抢救AMI患者能够明显缩短卧床时间、住院时间,降低并发症发生率,提高患者的满意度,值得临床推广应用.

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of the emergency nursing pathway on acute myocardial infarction patients.Methods From December 2009 to December 2010,86 cases of AMI patients were classified into the observation group and the control group with 43 cases in each group.The observationgroup was treated with emergency nursing pathway and the control group was treated with traditional nursing.The time of lying in bed,hospitalization time,disease knowledge,complications and patients satisfaction degree between the two groups were compared.Results The time of lying in bed,hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,disease knowledge scores were significantly higher than those in the control group,and complication rate was significantly lower than that in the control group.The patients' satisfaction degree in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group.Conclusions Application of emergency nursing pathway in acute myocardial infarction patients can shorten time of lying in bed and hospitalization time,lower complication rate,improve patients' satisfaction degree,which is worthy of being applied in clinic.
