医护结合模式在骨科护理临床带教中的应用

目的 评价骨科护理临床带教中医护结合带教模式应用的效果.方法 将2009年1月至2010年12月来骨科实习的护生80人按实习时间的先后分为传统护理带教组与医护结合带教组各40人分别进行临床带教.2组护生实习结束安排护理查房进行护理质量评估,对2组进行骨科理论和护理论文考核.结果 医护结合带教组护生骨科理论、护理评估、护理诊断、护理计划、护理目标、人文关怀、沟通协调、操作技能和护理论文等方面得分均显著高于传统护理带教组.结论 医护相结合的带教模式突破了传统护理带教方式,提高了护生的实习质量和综合素质,值得进一步研究和推广.

Application of medical combination in clinical teaching in the department of orthopedics

Objective To evaluate the effects of medical combination in clinical teaching in the department of orthopedics.Methods 80 nursing students,who underwent internships in the department of orthopedics in our hospital in January 2009 to December 2010,were divided into the traditional clinic nursing education group and the medical combination nursing education group,and respectively received clinic nursing education.All nursing students in both groups were arranged nursing rounds and nursing quality was evaluated after internships.Theory of orthopedics and papers of nursing were also evaluated.Results The score of the medical combination nursing education group was higher in theory of orthopedics,evaluation of nursing,diagnosis of nursing,plan of nursing,target of nursing,helpful culture,skills of communication and coordination,operating skills and paper of nursing than those of the traditional clinic nursing education group.Conclusions Medical combination nursing education is better than the traditional nursing education,it can improve the internship quality and comprehensive quality of nursing students,so it is worthy of being recommended in clinic practice.
